What are we raising money for?

During Noah’s treatment at CHLA, lodging was a major challenge. Before securing a spot at the Ronald McDonald House (RMH), his family had to cover hotel costs, spending $500–$700 per trip. Initially, they were ineligible for RMH for short stays, adding to the financial burden. In contrast, lodging was provided immediately (or the hospital assisted) at RMH locations in New York, Philadelphia, and Hershey, Pennsylvania.

The financial strain of medical bills, travel, and lodging adds immense stress to families already facing the unthinkable. This gap in assistance at CHLA is something Noah’s family is determined to address. They are working on raising funds to support families with lodging costs and donating to NANT, a vital organization led by Noah’s oncologist at CHLA. With community support, they aim to ease the burden for other families fighting childhood cancer and help fund lifesaving clinical trials.
